Eric, the green spaces leader, starts the day with an inspiring briefing for his team. They work together like a well-oiled machine at a beautiful new location. Eric distributes tasks with precision and thoroughly inspects the tools. The morning brings the sounds of working hands and the growth of gardens, every detail carefully watched by Eric. During the lunch break, Eric consults with the customer and motivates his team. In the afternoon he handles administrative tasks and ends the day with a proud inspection. You fulfill an essential function in coordinating and leading various garden and landscape projects. You ensure quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction during all phases of the project. Moreover, you also actively participate in the workplace.

Main responsibilities:

• Leading, motivating and coaching the implementation team.
• Monitor progress.
• Manage planning and efficient deployment of labor and equipment.
• Maintain contact with the executor and/or project leader.
• Carefully monitor quality standards and implement improvements.
• Maintain time registration and ensure safe working on the work floor.
• Enforcement of safety and environmental protocols.

About the client

We are looking for a leader of green spaces for a national green space company with several branches in Nederland . There is an informal atmosphere in which safety and quality are of paramount importance. Within the company, the lines of communication are short and safety has a high priority. That is why they ensure that you work with new personal protective equipment and well-maintained equipment.

What we offer you:

In return for your dedication and commitment, you can expect the following:

• You will receive a salary between €2,700 and €3,200 gross per month, depending on experience.
• You will receive a travel allowance of €0.22 per kilometer or your own company bus.
• You will have the option for a direct annual contract with the client.
• From day 1 you build up the following: pension, 25 vacation days, 8.33% vacation pay and other reservations.
• You have room for personal development through training and courses (at our expense).

What we ask of you:

• Experience as a (collaborative) leader or ready for the next step in your career.
• In possession of a BE driving license.
• VCA (FULL).
• Able to lead a group of 4 to 10 people.
• Decisive and steadfast.
• Able to switch between different projects.
• Positive attitude.
