Garden center employee

As a Garden Plant Employee in our outdoor department, you and your team are responsible for the well-being of our plants and provide customers with expert advice. You keep the garden plants in top condition and present them in an attractive way. With your knowledge of various garden plants, you advise customers about the right choice of plants and their care.

In addition to daily maintenance tasks and customer advice, this position offers plenty of variety, even in the winter months. You assist in setting up the Christmas show and take care of house and garden plants. In short, a dynamic position in which you are active both inside and outside.

What we offer you:

Your salary is between €13.27 and €15 and depends on your knowledge and experience. In addition, you can count on:

• Knowledge of garden plants through your passion for gardening, through training and/or through previous work experience
• Customer friendliness and a service-oriented attitude
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm when advising customers
• Physical fitness for various activities
• Team player who is willing to work one day on the weekend
• Good command of Dutch, but you can also speak to German-speaking customers.
