Are you a practical team player with a passion for designing playgrounds and recreation areas? Do you have experience in leading projects and are you ready for a new challenge? Then we are looking for you! As a Construction Foreman for Outdoor Areas, you are responsible for the complete design of play and recreational areas, including the surfaces. You lead your team of colleagues to jointly bring every project to a beautiful "total picture". In addition to the executive tasks, you also play an advisory role and ensure good coordination with the Project Manager and client. From earthmoving to the final assembly of playground equipment, the entire project is under your responsibility. As a landscape gardener, you are flexible and willing to work on various projects at different locations. You are able to tackle both short-term and long-term projects, sometimes even involving overnight stays. You do not have a 9-to-5 mentality and are willing to work outside regular working hours if necessary to meet deadlines and successfully complete projects.

What we ask of you:

• Relevant work experience such as laying paving, artificial grass and/or rubber surfaces;
• A BE driving license;
• VCA;
• Flexible deployment on projects throughout Nederland (sometimes also with overnight stay).
• MBO thinking and/or working level;
• Experience in laying paving, artificial grass and rubber surfaces;
• Quality awareness and being able to work neatly;
• Communicative; you have an executive and advisory role;
• Leadership capabilities and ability to work well together, you manage direct colleagues on the project;
• Independent working attitude, but also focused on collaboration.
