Operator

Are you an operator who is technically inclined or are you interested in technology and are you willing to develop yourself by following a training course? We are looking for an operator with some experience in operating a die-cutting machine or someone who is interested in technical processes!

As an operator on the die-cutting machine, you work in 3 shifts and, together with your colleagues, you are responsible for die-cutting cardboard. You set up and adjust the machine and operate it. During the process you monitor the quality and try to solve minor malfunctions yourself. We also offer you the opportunity to grow within our company's machine park.

A number of tasks that arise every day in your work:

• Setting up, adjusting and operating the die-cutting machine
• Working with different materials
• Monitoring quality for a good end result
• Identifying and reporting malfunctions or deviations
• Resolving first-line malfunctions

About the client

You will work in an environment where innovative and sustainable packaging for the food and non-food industry has been provided for more than half a century, as well as surprising packaging for luxury products, such as perfume and cosmetics. Without knowing it, you come across them everywhere in the store, for example packaging for fruit and vegetables, cookies and meals. The input of some creativity and care for printing also determines the look and feel of what it will look like on the shelf where the products are promoted in the store. Customers and buyers are consulted on packaging methods and advice is given on various types of paper and their quality. The products are 100% recyclable, tailor-made and tailored and with a strong focus on material reduction. 

What we offer you:

• Your salary is between €2,500 and €3,000 including 19.2% shift allowance
• You will have the opportunity to be trained as an Operator Level A and/or B
• You will get a job for a longer period of time with the prospect of permanent employment
• You are entitled to 8.33% holiday pay 
• You will receive a 13th month benefit
• You are entitled to payment of ADV days during the temporary employment period, upon takeover these will be converted into 23 ADV days
• You will be paid for your breaks
• You have a working week of 36 hours

What we ask of you:

• You have completed a technical MBO 3 education
• You may have completed operator training A and/or B, or have the ambition to obtain this
• You have some experience with the die-cutting machine
