Marketing & Communications employee (direct employment)

We are looking for a marketing & communications specialist for a production company in Apeldoorn . In this position you are responsible for all marketing & communication activities for the branch in Apeldoorn . This department currently focuses on a marketing-driven organization. Their aim is to increase customer satisfaction and profitability. 

These are your activities: 

• Drawing up annual marketing communications plans;
• Developing and executing marketing campaigns; 
• Keeping the website up to date; 
• Advising, developing and implementing marketing campaigns in collaboration with colleagues; 
• Setting up and carrying out general communication activities for the branch in Apeldoorn ; 
• Selecting designated external executors (designers, printers, website administrators, photographers) for making price agreements;
• Maintaining communication tools such as the website, newsletters and other information; 
• Writing texts such as content for the website, intranet, newsletters and brochures; 

For this position we are looking for someone who is proactive and communicates clearly. You have the ability to set goals effectively and determine priorities for achieving them. It is important for you to achieve these goals together with your colleagues. This is a long-term position, where you will immediately join the company. You also work between 28 and 32 hours per week.

• You have HBO work and thinking level; 
• You have previously worked with Google Analytics, SEO, SEA, CMS systems and lead generation; 
• Writing different types of texts comes easily to you; 
• You master the Dutch and English language, spoken and written;
• You are strategic and know how to convert creative plans into concrete results; 
• You can interact with different people at different levels.
