We are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to strengthen our team. In this role you will be responsible for coaching, motivating and developing our teams. In the role of Customer Service Supervisor, you manage multiple Customer Service teams, with a total of approximately 20 employees. You translate Lineage Logistics' long-term strategy into a medium-term vision for your teams, draw up plans to realize this and pragmatically guide your team in the implementation. At Lineage, we believe in teamwork, which means you are able to motivate, support and take your team to the next level. You can analyze existing customer service processes, make suggestions for improvement and implement them.

What are you going to do?

  • You motivate, develop, coach and manage your team.
  • You ensure optimal staffing of the departments.
  • Together with your team you offer our customers optimal service.
  • You proactively identify and initiate opportunities to optimize processes and systems and take the lead in developing and implementing improvements.
  • You present KPI dashboards to customers and/or the management team.
  • You act as a sounding board for the Customer Service Manager, to whom you also report.

What we ask of you:

  • You have an HBO working and thinking level and at least 3 years of experience in a managerial or management position.
  • As a manager, your focus is on coaching and developing your teams.
  • Growing people and improving processes are a challenge for you.
  • You have experience in a Customer Service environment.
  • You have experience with different systems and optimizing processes.
  • You are solution-oriented, quality-oriented and you also know how to keep an overview in hectic situations.
