Logistics Employee Schiphol

Are you looking for a varied job as a Baggage Service employee at Schiphol ? We have both part-time and full-time options and offer you an excellent hourly wage that can amount to € 27.47 / hour!  If you perform well, there is even a chance of a permanent contract. 

All we ask of you is that you have a B driving license and that you are available for at least 2 days during the week from 4:45 am. 

Your tasks consist of:

• Investigate missing baggage and initiate appropriate procedures for its return to the passenger
• Carefully handle special types of luggage, such as golf bags and skis
• Registering baggage in the system and ensuring correct transit to the right handler
• Moving luggage at the airport, which requires a B driver's license
• Coding suitcases to ensure they are routed to the correct destination

Working hours:

You work varying shifts, ranging from morning to evening and night shifts.

• Morning shifts start between 3:45 AM and 9:45 AM and end no later than 6:00 PM
• Afternoon services start at 12:45 PM and end no later than 10:30 PM
• Evening and night shifts take place from 9:45 PM to 6:00 AM or from 1:45 AM to 10:00 AM

What we offer you:

✅ Basic salary of € 14.46 / hour which can increase to € 27.47 / hour including allowances

What we ask of you:

• Good command of the Dutch language in speech
• Available for at least 2 days during the week from 4:45 am (minimum available on Mondays)
• In possession of a driving license (B) and at least 1 year of driving experience
• Living in Nederland for at least 8 years (required for the Schiphol Pass)

NB! To apply for your Schiphol Pass, we submit a request to the Royal Military Police. This procedure can take two to four weeks, so you cannot start immediately.
