Maintenance worker

Are you looking for a dynamic role in which you are responsible for maintaining and managing various facilities? We are looking for a temporary caretaker for the water boards. The work will continue until July 1, 2024. This is a part-time position of 20 hours, 5 days a week and 4 hours a day. Working hours are from 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM. As a caretaker you are responsible for a wide range of tasks, including plumbing work, locks and hinges, legionella flushing, maintenance of the fire alarm system, minor electrical work, furniture repairs, painting work, troubleshooting and inspections of electrical appliances. In addition, converting large meeting rooms is also part of your duties.

This is a temporary position from April 29, 2024 - July 1, 2024. Extension of the assignment is possible.

What we offer you:

The salary depends on experience and according to the water boards collective labor agreement. You build up 8.33% in holiday pay. You will receive a permanent contact person within Actief Werkt .

What we ask of you:

• At least a completed MBO level 2 course in a relevant field.
• In possession of a VCA Basic certificate and certified as a Sufficiently Instructed Person (VOP).
• Experience in managing a fire alarm control panel.
