Production employee

As a Production Employee you are the essential link in our production process. Your precision and attentiveness ensure that the products meet the highest quality standards.

Your main responsibility is to weigh powdered and liquid products according to strict guidelines. Een error can have major consequences for the final product. You can do this by:

• Carry out preparatory work for the weighing process.
• Generate and execute work orders using our computer system.
• Keeping records and administration in our ERP system (SAP).
• Identify deviations and report them to the Team Leader.

Accurate and timely weighing of raw materials is essential for the success of our production process. Your duties include: taking care of preparatory work and registrations, checking work orders and identifying deviations and complying with quality and safety regulations. You work with two scales, on the screen you can see which components should be present where and at what time. The powders are stored in large containers in the units. In the adjacent room you pick up the bags with a pallet truck and open the bag. You then carefully place the powder in new bags. Please note that you must be able to lift bags weighing 25 kg. 

Ultimately, the position is combined with logistics work. This means that you will provide support in the warehouse when loading and unloading trucks using a forklift. As soon as the raw materials arrive at their destination on time.
