As an operator/mold setter you have many responsibilities, meaning no day is the same. Een You spend a large part of your time setting up and adjusting our machines and moulds, and solving malfunctions that occur in the production process. In addition to working with the machines, you have an eye for quality and ensure that it is good. You do this during the production of the products, but also especially with the end products. You are part of a close-knit team of colleagues in which you have the freedom to work independently and think about solutions to emerging problems.

In summary, the main tasks consist of:

• Setting up and adjusting the machines and moulds;
• Resolving emerging faults;
• Ensuring production quality;
• Carrying out preventive maintenance;
• Assisting in other departments if necessary.

What we offer you:

• A nice salary between €2400 and €3500 depending on experience;
• A surcharge of 20% on top of your hourly wage for work outside the day shift;

• You are experienced in production, preferably as an operator;
• You have technical insight and enjoy working in a team;
