Opperman paving

You will work for both private and business customers to carry out various paving projects. This can vary from renewing a driveway to repaving an entire site. In your role as supervisor, you maintain an overview of the job. You take care of the preparation of the work and deliver the stones to the pavers, so that they can continue working efficiently. You will be introduced to different tools and ensure that the stones are cut to size for a sleek result.

The workplaces are varied and include gardens, driveways, municipal parks and industrial estates. Your other duties include:

• Supplying various materials such as stones, tiles and curbstones.
• Preparing and cleaning up tools after use.
• Installing tires, street drains, well edges, paving and gutters.
• Razor-sharp and precise cutting of tiles to size.
• Preparing the track by setting out the correct heights.

What we offer you:

• Salary according to the Construction & Infrastructure Collective Labor Agreement. Salary starts at a minimum of € 16.65, if you have experience and have already worked according to this collective labor agreement. As a starter you start in the entry-level scale and the salary starts at a minimum of € 12.56, but after this you quickly progress to a higher salary
• Travel allowance €0.21 per km + €0.11 extra according to the Construction & Infrastructure Collective Labor Agreement

What we ask of you:

• You have a valid VCA certificate (or you are willing to obtain one at our expense).
• You are proactive and have an eye for the work
• In possession of driving license B
