Performer heat

As a Heat Executor you are responsible for managing renovation, new construction and maintenance projects aimed at the construction of underground pipes for district heating. You lead the teams on the project and ensure efficient coordination within the district heating projects. With your pragmatic approach and extensive knowledge of team dynamics, you ensure optimal cooperation within your teams and you are adept at planning and organizing personnel deployment. You maintain close communication with subcontractors and clients at various levels. Monitoring the cost budget during the project is an essential part of your duties, where you report on progress weekly. You monitor the project scope and, in consultation with the main executor/project leader, take timely corrective measures if necessary.

About the client

Our client has built up impressive expertise in designing, installing and maintaining heating networks, with more than 40 years of experience. From laying heat transport pipes with large diameters to providing house connections behind the front door, and from projects in rural areas and residential areas to connecting houseboats, they have proven themselves as a reliable partner in the industry.

What we offer you:

• You have successfully completed an MBO level 4 course in a technical direction.
• You are in possession of, or willing to obtain, the Underground Infrastructure Executor certificate, with a specialization in Heat.
• You are open to working at various project locations in Nederland , with an emphasis on the west of the country.
• Ideally, you have extensive experience in a similar position.
• You are prepared to provide breakdown services in the long term.
• You have experience working in Microsoft Office packages.
