Production employee 2 shifts

In this role as a production employee at a cheese factory in Woerden , it's all about your accuracy, perseverance and teamwork. Work on an on-call basis in a 2-shift system with an attractive 10% extra payment for all your hours worked. Are you ready for the challenge?

As a production employee you have various tasks in production:

• Cutting cheese into smaller pieces.
• Packaging and labeling of cheese products.
• Stacking boxes on pallets.
• Cleaning the production line and workplace.

Working days and times: You work in a 2-shift system from Monday to Friday: one week from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and the other week from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. You have an hour's break per working day. You work on an on-call basis, which means that you can flexibly indicate your own availability every week.

This leading cheese factory specializes in packaging various cheese products. Together with a close-knit team you work on delivering quality and efficiency. The working atmosphere is informal and you get the opportunity to work together with motivated colleagues.

What we offer you:

An attractive package of employment conditions, based on a 2-shift schedule. Count on: 

• Gross hourly wage of € 14.85 (incl. 10% shift allowance)
• Accrual of holiday pay and days (approx. 19% extra per hour)
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per km (from 10 km one way)
• Pension accrual after 8 weeks worked

What we ask of you:

Your commitment as a production employee is characterized by your ability to perform physical work. You strive for results and contribute to a smooth production environment.

You also bring: 

• Flexibility in availability (at least 2 days per week)
• Willingness to be active during the entire shift
• Command of the Dutch language
