What does the role of Medior Purchasing Advisor at COA entail?
As a medior purchasing advisor at COA, you are not only an expert in the field of purchasing, but also a crucial link in the pursuit of efficiency and effectiveness within the organization. You work closely with internal clients to understand their needs and translate them into strategic purchasing decisions that support COA's mission. You have the opportunity to lead complex tenders, where you not only comply with applicable laws and regulations, but also seek innovative solutions that add value to the organization. You do not do this alone, but together with a team of eight colleagues.

Your tasks include:

  • Advising customers and successfully carrying out (complex) tenders.
  • Drafting, writing and evaluating tender documents.
  • Following market trends and developments.
  • Supervising the assessment process, in close collaboration with your colleagues at COA.
  • Carrying out various tasks at strategic and tactical purchasing level.

  • Salary depending on your education and experience, classified in scale 9 with a maximum of €6060.15 gross per month based on 36 hours.

    This also includes 8% holiday pay and 8.33% end-of-year bonus.
  • You can organize your working days flexibly (28 to 36 hours per week).

What we ask of you:

As a purchasing advisor you are enterprising, solution-oriented and analytical. You have experience in understanding complex files and translating information from different perspectives into a clear, targeted strategy that appeals to you! In addition, you have:

  • A completed HBO education in the field of business administration, business economics, legal or technical fields.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position within the public sector and European procurement.
  • Knowledge of various systems such as Negometrix and TenderNed.
