As a Service Employee at Schiphol Group you are responsible for supporting the passenger process in the terminal. You refer passengers when transferring, guide passengers to Premium services, and ensure a smooth process, even during busy times. You manage the queues, install fences and monitor the correct use of the spaces. In short, a dynamic position where your proactive attitude and communication skills are of great importance.
You will receive a basic salary of € 14.46, which can increase to a salary of € 27.47 due to allowances in the evening, night and weekends. You will receive a solid travel allowance for public transport or, if you come by car, on the basis of mileage reimbursement. If you come by car, you can get a 'free' parking space at Schiphol . We schedule you as much as possible based on your stated availability.
