Sales Engineer

As a project sales engineer at this company you are responsible for the entire process of a project. It starts with the quotation and ends with a successful rental. It is your job to listen carefully to the customer's wishes and needs, so that you are a valuable and reliable advisor to them! Does this sound like music to your ears? Then read on!

In this role you regularly sit down with the customer to discuss and develop your plans. If necessary, you also come up with appropriate solutions when problems arise.
It is important that you keep a cool head and keep an overview. You will also be on the road regularly, both in Nederland and abroad. The purpose of this is to visit customers and coordinate projects up close.

What does your day look like?

• Consult with the customer and provide advice on possible solutions
• Preparing and following up on quotations
• Coordinating projects
• Project administration
• Maintaining and expanding the customer base
• Drawing up investment plans and their possible elaboration

About the client

The company where you will work is the market leader in the rental of temporary pipe systems for the dredging industry and civil engineering. They also rent out various containers for the transport of sludge, sand, clay and/or gravel.
