As a Technical Support Employee you are an essential part of our Service Department. Together with the team leader, service technicians and your colleagues, you are responsible for receiving, registering, analyzing and advising incoming telephone and digital service requests. If possible, you handle these directly or delegate them to the right colleagues with the required expertise. Thanks to your technical knowledge, you can quickly find the best route.
You monitor the progress and planning of service requests, ensure efficient handling and provide timely feedback to all parties involved. You also work on drawing up, managing and optimizing Service Information Sheets and record work instructions for the administrative process.
