Apprentice installation technician

If you like the work and the customer is happy with you, it is possible that the customer will take over and you will be eligible to join a training program in which you will be trained as an independent technician within installation technology.

You start in the "Special Projects" group where you learn the basics of installation technology. You work with a head mechanic and immediately start working in the field. For example, you will install smoke detectors, record data, process data, install and clean flues and help the main engineer as much as possible where necessary. During this work we will also look at which activities you enjoy most and which suit you best. You can enter various MBO courses aimed at installation technology directly from the customer. During the training you will learn in practice for 3 days and in the training rooms for two days. The training is fully paid, in addition to a full-time salary of course. 

As an apprentice mechanic, you are trained to take on work independently. Your work includes service and maintenance of central heating systems and heat pumps, bleeding radiators and installing fire detectors. You will inform customers of the work you have carried out, you will leave your workplace tidy and you will process the administration of your work.

What we ask of you:

• At least a VMBO or HAVO diploma;
• You have technical insight and are curious about installation technology;
• A driving license B.
