Customer service

Do you have experience in the customer service industry? Are you looking for a full-time job? And do you have an affinity with agricultural machinery or even harvesting machines and do you enjoy advising customers? Then we are looking for you! 

For our location in Roosendaal we are looking for a technical commercial employee who enjoys offering the right machine parts and advising customers. As a Customer Service Parts employee, you help customers, both on the telephone and at the counter. 

Together with your team of 9 colleagues, you are responsible for good relationship management with our (international) customers and service partners. You receive and process quotation requests that come in via telephone, e-mail or the web portal. You ensure that orders are entered into the system quickly and correctly. You also help with shipping the parts to customers. In our planning system you ensure that the correct discounts are applied and that the shipping planning and all transport documents are processed.

What we ask of you:

• Experience in internal sales and/or customer service; 
• Good at planning, organizing and working accurately;
• Good communication skills in both Dutch and English, other languages ​​are a plus; 
• Handy with software programs and basic skills in Excel.
