Apprentice service technician

Within the organization there is the opportunity to grow into an independent technician in installation technology, and perhaps even more. If you combine job satisfaction with satisfied customers, there is a chance that a customer will hire you and admit you to a training program in which you will be trained as an independent technician in installation technology.

You start your journey in the "Special Projects" group, where you master the essence of installation technology. Together with an experienced chief engineer, you will immediately dive into the field, where your tasks will vary from installing smoke detectors, collecting data, installing and cleaning flues to assisting the chief engineer where necessary. During this work you will discover which tasks appeal to you most and in which you excel. Based on this, you can immediately enter various MBO courses focused on installation technology, where you work in practice for three days and two days in special training rooms during the course. The entire training is reimbursed, in addition to a full-time salary, of course.

As an assistant technician, you are trained to independently take on tasks, ranging from service and maintenance of central heating systems and heat pumps to bleeding radiators and installing fire detectors. Informing customers about the work carried out, leaving a tidy workplace and keeping administration are also part of your responsibilities.

What we ask of you:

• At least a VMBO or HAVO diploma;
• You have technical insight and are curious about installation technology;
