For an employer in the area Utrecht I am looking for an order administration and customer service employee (24-32 hours per week)

In the position you are involved in administrative processes in the energy transition on a daily basis. The employer is involved in setting up and financing initiatives to generate green energy. They always do this in collaboration with social partners and citizens. You are the first person to look at new applications for financing. You follow a file from application to processing and in the meantime provide the necessary information for the application. You are the direct link between the employer and the applicants/project leaders. You complete applications together with them. You report on progress and check whether all documents for an application are complete and meet the requirements. You will guide the complete file and the applicant/project leaders towards the award of financing. In this position you will become the 5th team member within an organization that now has 46 FTEs.

In summary, you are doing: 

  • A source of information for financiers, you answer questions and guide applicants; 
  • Quality, files are complete and meet assessment standards for external audits;
  • Improving standards and optimizing application processes.

The ideal candidate for this position has experience with administrative processes, lives in Utrecht or the immediate surroundings and is available 24 to 32 hours a week at short notice. She or he is accurate in recording files, can switch between the different project applications and communicates smoothly, both written and verbally.

What we ask of you:

  • MBO work and thinking level;
  • Experience with carrying out administrative business processes;
  • You communicate smoothly by telephone and by email; 
  • You can work well with MS Office applications, such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint;
  • Do you have experience with project administrations? Then you have an advantage over other candidates.
