What are you going to do?

As a packaging employee you are responsible for the efficient and accurate packaging of plastic food packaging at the end of the production line. You work in a dynamic environment where speed and precision are crucial. In addition to packaging the products, you are also responsible for solving minor malfunctions and ensuring a smooth flow of the production line.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Packaging of plastic food packaging according to the set standards and specifications;
• Checking the quality of the packaged products and reporting any deviations;
• Troubleshooting minor machine malfunctions to maintain production efficiency;
• Ensure a clean and tidy workplace in accordance with applicable hygiene and safety standards;
• Collaborate with other team members to improve overall productivity and quality.

SIG works according to a 3-shift system, with working hours shifting between 6:00 AM and 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM and from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. You work according to a rotating schedule. The night shift starts on Sunday evening and ends on Friday morning. If you have found your place and have the ambition to grow, we offer the opportunity to rise to operator. And for those who excel in their work, a permanent contract with SIG may even be in prospect!

• Attractive Salary: Start with a gross hourly wage of € 14.35 per hour;
• Shift allowance: Receive a shift allowance of 20% , so you actually earn € 17.22 per hour;

• Not living in Tilburg ? Then make sure you have your own transportation! With all those evening and night shifts, public transport is not an option.
