All-round facade employee

As an All-round Facade Employee you are responsible for the maintenance of facades, which includes repair work, cleaning, removal of old grout and the application of new grout. You strive to improve the quality of existing homes and buildings. Even if you have no experience in facade maintenance, but are motivated and looking for a challenging job, we encourage you to apply! About the client

This is a family business with over 80 years of experience and national coverage. The company has a wide range of clients, such as the government, private individuals, homeowners' associations, housing associations, construction and contracting companies and maintenance companies. They offer various options for insulating the roof, facade and floor. In addition to insulation, this company also carries out facade maintenance. There are various options for making facades more sustainable: cleaning, impregnating, repairing masonry damage or replacing joints. If, for example, a chimney needs to be renovated or window sills repaired, this will be fully taken into account.

• Salary in accordance with the Construction & Infrastructure Collective Labor Agreement of €2,870 per month (based on a 40-hour working week)
