Are you looking for a temporary part-time position for 20 hours with a lot of customer contact in the region Eindhoven ? 

As a customer satisfaction employee you make an important contribution to the optimal customer experience. You are the first point of contact for customers after the product has been delivered and installed. With your personal and professional approach you always guarantee a satisfied customer. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Aftersales towards customers based on delivered products;
  • Complaints handling in case of any problems / defects / deliveries;
  • Communicating with various departments, including planners and technicians;
  • Administrative tasks such as: processing return documents and scanning delivery notes.

In this case it is a temporary position for approximately 2 to 3 months.

The client has been the leading player in Europe for some time in the field of patio covers, sliding glass walls and automatic sun blinds. They sell up to 20,000 patio covers every year. This young and dynamic organization is constantly growing and is expanding increasingly rapidly to various European countries. They currently deliver their products throughout Nederland , Belgium, Luxembourg, France and Germany. The showroom is open all year round, 365 days.

What we offer you:

  • Salary indication from €14.42 per hour;
  • 8.33% holiday pay;
  • 125% for overtime;
  • 300% surcharge on public holidays;
  • Travel allowance;

What we ask of you:

  • You are customer-friendly and you always go for customer satisfaction;
  • You are immediately available for at least 20 hours;
  • You work meticulously and have good communication skills, both oral and written;
  • You are at least 18 years old;
  • You are available to start the working day at 09:00.
