Executor

As an executor, you act as the central point of contact for our clients and you bear operational responsibility for the structural repairs and completion of projects. You work closely with the damage repair manager and manage the implementation. The diversity of assignments creates a dynamic working environment where no day is the same. You are often involved in several projects at the same time, each in different phases. Your duties include:

• Planning, evaluation and optimization of projects.
• Order materials.
• Managing recovery partners and colleagues on location.
• Monitor costs, quality, safety and productivity.
• Maintain regular contact with the damage repair manager and clients.
• Ensure correct project delivery.

What we ask of you:

• Completed education in construction engineering.
• Demonstrable work experience as an executor in (small-scale) projects.
• Knowledge of architectural repair projects.
• Customer and service-oriented attitude.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language.
• Strong commercial and communication skills.
• Good organizational and managerial skills.
• Possession of the VOL VCA diploma or willingness to obtain it.
• Willingness to submit a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
• Result-oriented, accurate in administration and flexible in dealing with ad hoc situations.
