Technical Service Employee

As a Technical Service Employee, you manage the two continuous shift employees in your team. These employees are responsible for the operational activities of the power plant and also fulfill an emergency response role for the employer. In addition, minor maintenance and repair work is also part of your responsibilities.

You are responsible for the organizational and personnel management of the work processes. Your tasks include:

• Manage two continuous shift employees;
• Maintain safety standards;
• Issuing work permits;
• Proactively optimize the entire energy chain;
• Developing employees, focused on efficiency and employee satisfaction;
• Responsibility for the availability and operation of various installations, such as boiler installations, emergency power supplies (DRUPS), CHPs, compressed air and demineralized water installations;
• Act as emergency response team leader.

What we ask of you:

• Completed HBO education: HBO AOT (General Operational Technology) or WIC (Engineer in Centrales) REWIC B/C or REWIC HWTK or HBO Maritime officer;
• Experience with maintenance management systems and work order systems;
• Strong communication skills, both spoken and written;
• Medical examination is mandatory due to emergency response duties;
• Goal and priority orientation.
