Service engineer

Join us as a maintenance technician and keep the production of fresh bread running! Troubleshoot problems, manage your team, and ensure smooth running machines.

You ensure that our production machines continue to run optimally by quickly solving malfunctions and guiding the team of four colleagues. In this full-time position you will work in 3 shifts and play a crucial role in the daily production and delivery of bread throughout Nederland . 

What are you going to do?

You use your technical knowledge every day to quickly solve problems. When machines get stuck, you dive in and get them running again quickly. You plan and carry out maintenance to ensure that the machines continue to work and downtime is kept to a minimum. You do this together with a team of four colleagues who all want to ensure that production continues to run smoothly.

You divide the tasks within your team so that everyone knows what to do. Together you ensure that the machines continue to run and that fresh bread can be delivered every day. Safety and quality are important and with your sharp eye you ensure that we always meet our standards.

As a maintenance technician you work in shifts, so sometimes you have to start early or stay longer. Together with your team you keep production running 7 days a week. With your technical skills and leadership qualities, you ensure that production continues to run smoothly and we prevent unnecessary downtime.

About the client

Our customer is a family business that has been baking and delivering fresh bread daily since 1895 throughout Nederland . The company is known for its specialization in bread, pastries and sandwiches for retail, petrol and food service customers.

• A salary indication between € 2,550 - € 4,000 gross per month;

What we ask of you:

• You have an MBO diploma level 3 or 4 in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or mechatronics;
• You have at least 2 years of experience as a technical service employee, all-round technician or (electrical) technician, preferably in the process industry;
• You are in possession of a driving license B.
