Branch manager

We are looking for a prospective Branch Manager for a storage location in Helmond . As a prospective Branch Manager you are responsible for: 

• Achieving location objectives, including rental and accounts receivable management.
• Actief following up on leads, generating quotes and appointments.
• Showing customers around and renting out storage spaces that perfectly suit their needs.
• Carrying out various administrative tasks, such as mail processing, inventory management and accounting.
• Efficiently manage the branch.
