This family business is a growing player in the fire protection market. They focus on the business market, especially in Central Nederland .
After a 12-day training course, in which you learn everything about fire safety and associated products, you will work with an experienced technician for a period of approximately 4 weeks. This way, you will be well prepared after your training period.
One day you may leave from the head office, but it may also happen that you leave from home. At the head office, your colleagues work every day on planning, checking and preparing stocks and have contacts with customers.
The plans are made well in advance and can be found on your own tablet. This tablet is an important part of your working day. In addition to your planning, you will find additional information about your customer and process the work orders in the system. After you have checked your own bus to see if everything is complete, you leave for your first customer. Customer friendliness is one of the important core values of our client.
It is important to take the time and keep talking to the customer. You check, repair or replace everything that has to do with fire safety. This can be fire extinguishers, but also emergency lighting and first aid kits. At the end of the assignment, you review the work order with the customer and pick up sales signals. It may be that there is a need for emergency response training, you respond to this and record this information. Your colleagues in advice and relationship management will continue to work on this.
After you have completed everything neatly, you move on to the next customer!
