Florist (flexible days and times)

As a flower binder you are responsible for creating beautiful bouquets, flower arrangements and arrangements that enchant our customers. You have an eye for color, shape and seasonal trends. With your creativity you give our flowers a unique and unforgettable touch. Customer friendliness comes first, and you help customers make the perfect flower choice.

About the client

This fun and pleasant garden center is known for its unique approach, where everything is done in a unique way, with a focus on quick and ad hoc decisions.

Although our customer has been known in Overdinkel and the surrounding area for years, the family behaves modestly. They do not watch from above, but rather work side by side with colleagues in the workplace, where equality is of paramount importance. Een large part of their diverse customer base speaks German.

What we offer you:

• At our client, you decide when you work, with the freedom to schedule hours to suit your schedule, with a minimum hours requirement of 3 hours per day, on Thursday, Friday and Saturday;
• A huge selection of fresh flowers and related items to create beautiful arrangements;
• A salary in accordance with the collective labor agreement where you are classified in scale D. This starts at € 13.74 gross per hour. You will be classified based on your education and work experience;
• Collaboration with an enthusiastic and driven team of colleagues;
• Part-time or Full-time position with the prospect of a contract with our customer;

What we ask of you:
