Apprentice plumber/central heating technician (starting salary €2600)

As an apprentice plumber you are trained to carry out work independently. Your tasks include service and maintenance of central heating systems and heat pumps, bleeding radiators and installing fire detectors. You inform customers about the work carried out, ensure a tidy workplace and process the administration of your work.

You start in the "Special Projects" group where you learn the basics of installation technology. You will work with an experienced lead technician and start working immediately on location. You install smoke detectors, collect data, process data, install smoke ducts and assist the main engineer where necessary. During this period, your interests and strengths will be taken into account, so that you can enroll in various MBO courses focused on installation technology. During the training you will spend three days a week in practice and two days in the training rooms. The training is fully paid, in addition to a full-time salary.

If you like the work and the customers are satisfied with your work, there is a possibility that you will be taken over and you can participate in a training program to become an independent technician in installation technology.
