As an assistant planner at our client you can use your talent for organization and planning in a lively working environment. You are a real puzzler and like variety. Your tasks include assigning inspection requests to our team of inspectors, making smart plans for the short and long term and helping to improve our planning with new ideas and digital technologies.

In connection with national employability, our client is looking for a flexible colleague, who preferably lives centrally in Nederland and has his own transport. You work weekend shifts according to a fixed schedule.

In short, you are an important part of the planning process!

What are you going to do? :

  • Assignment of test/inspection requests to the team of inspectors
  • Drawing up an efficient short- and long-term plan together with the planner
  • Handling incoming telephone calls regarding planning activities
  • Contributing to the innovation and digitization of planning processes aimed at the development towards national working
  • Performing all other activities that reasonably fall under the position
  • Maintaining professional knowledge and following developments
  • Participate proactively and communicate points for improvement

About the client

Our client is an autonomous and independent inspection institution within the agricultural sector. The office is located in Zoetermeer . As an assistant/logistics planner you are responsible for supporting the planning process within the organization. Your duties include assisting in the preparation of detailed schedules, taking into account various factors such as staffing, material supply and project deadlines.

What we offer you:

Our employment conditions are based on a full-time working week of 40 hours. So you can count on:

  • Salary between €3,163 and €4,019 gross per month based on full-time
  • Possibility to work partly from home

What we ask of you:

We are looking for a colleague with a positive attitude and a results- and service-oriented attitude. You have at least MBO4 working and thinking level and experience with logistics and automated processes. Good social and communication skills are essential, as is a good command of the Dutch and English language. Flexibility with regard to working hours and locations is a requirement.
