All-round Mechanic

As an all-round electrician, your daily tasks include the following:

• Dismantling, repairing, overhauling, assembling and converting existing machines and equipment.
• Installing essential switches, control boxes, fuses, and more.
• Troubleshooting malfunctions in operating systems, security systems and signaling.
• Maintenance of the machinery according to prescribed procedures.
• Contribute to innovative developments within the machine park.
• Expanding and repairing the electrical part of the production process according to prescribed standards.
• Working with various hydraulic and pneumatic systems and controls.
• Manufacture of new equipment, machine parts, and more based on drawings, sketches, and instructions (advantage).
• Carrying out various welding work (Mig/Mag, electrical) (advantage).
• Compliance with operating and safety regulations in the areas of quality, occupational health and safety and the environment, and use of protective equipment.
• Cleaning and maintaining machines, installations, equipment and tools.
• Setting up and maintaining the maintenance system (Ultimo).

What we ask of you:

• Several years of experience as an all-round mechanic in a production environment.
• Preferably knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and PLC control technology.
• Can be used all-round for electrical (70%) and mechanical (30%) work.
• Able to work independently with a proactive attitude.
• Availability to work in a two-shift system.
• Willingness to take additional training courses.
