As a work planner, you are responsible for achieving the budgeting & planning of your projects. You do this by leading the construction team and making adjustments where necessary. Naturally, you are the point of contact for all employees on your projects, but also for the head office, local residents, any inspections & customers, of course. This makes it important that you have strong communication skills and are stress-resistant. Furthermore, an architectural background is important as you will make decisions in this field on a daily basis. This mainly concerns renovation projects for large clients, so it is preferable that you are familiar with renovation work.
