You will work in an enthusiastic team of a total of 6 colleagues. Within this team you are not just a link, but an essential part of the collection process, where you are responsible for the timely collection of outstanding invoices. Excellent communication skills are a must, both written and verbal. 

What are you going to do:

  • Actief manage blocked sales orders, with quick action if necessary;
  • Maintain regular contact with customers about outstanding invoices;
  • Preparing monthly reports and overviews;
  • Recording and fulfilling agreements made with customers about payments;
  • Keeping track of customer credit limits;
  • Collaborate effectively with collection agencies and/or attorneys when necessary.

What we offer you:

What we ask of you:

  • You have completed at least a secondary vocational education in business administration or an equivalent qualification;
  • You can demonstrate at least one year of relevant work experience as a debtor administration employee;
  • In addition to the Dutch language, you also master the English language. Other languages ​​such as French and German are a nice addition; 
  • You are available at least 32 hours per week.
