Team Leader

As a Shift Supervisor you are responsible for effectively leading the team during your shift. You will oversee operational activities, ensure production goals are met and promote a positive work environment.

Your main responsibility is to ensure that daily operations run smoothly and that all team members perform optimally. 

You can achieve this by working on:

• Supervising the daily operational activities 
• Coordinating the work of the team
• Training and guiding employees 
• Maintaining compliance with company procedures and policies 
• Reporting operational performance and any problems

About the client

The client is an American organization that was founded in 1928 as a family business. They were also established in Europe in 1994 and opened the location in Dinteloord in 2020! From the location in Dinteloord we ensure the storage and distribution of in-flight and food products for flight trips for various airlines throughout Europe!

What we ask of you:

• At least an MBO diploma in a relevant field
• Demonstrable experience in a managerial role, preferably in an operational environment
• Knowledge of operating procedures, safety regulations and quality standards
• Command of the Dutch and English language
• Being able to submit a VGB statement
