Production team leader

As a production team leader, you are the driving force behind a team of approximately 20 enthusiastic colleagues. Your focus is not only on making production processes efficient, but also on developing and inspiring your team members. You are a mentor who guides them to success and growth, both professionally and personally.

What are you going to do?

• Leading and motivating the production team with a coaching approach;
• Lead daily shift handovers to ensure a smooth transition between shifts;
• Drawing up and monitoring personnel planning with attention to individual development;
• Active participation in management meetings and reporting to the operations manager;
• Discussing KPIs and driving proactive improvements in performance;
• Conducting job interviews and being involved in the selection process of new colleagues;
• Presence on the production lines to identify problems and solve them immediately, with a focus on continuous improvement.

What we offer you:

• A challenging managerial position in a growing company;
• A competitive salary between € 2,900 - € 3,900, depending on experience and age;
• Surcharges outside working hours from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, up to 150%;
• Directly employed by the client;

• Travel allowance from 10 km of € 0.23;

What we ask of you:

• Experience in management, preferably in the food industry;
• Minimum MBO+ working and thinking level;
• Prepared to switch to 3 shifts;
• Result-oriented, strong communicator and enthusiastic to coach employees;
• Flexibility and the ability to switch quickly.
