We are looking for a consultant who is part of the Customer Experience team and works closely with the Cloud development team. Your task package consists of 3 important pillars:

  1. Training  (You transfer knowledge to our customers and know how to fully organize the customer's environment according to the customer's needs)
  2. Customer Success  (You maintain contact with our existing customers and to identify any questions and needs)
  3. Support  (You provide solution-oriented support to customers via an online system, occasionally by telephone and via online meetings)

The ideal candidate must have a mix of analytical skills, be able to switch at different levels and easily connect with customers. Social skills are of great importance. You are further structured in your way of working. You enjoy working remotely (mainly via Google View). Some knowledge and experience in ICT are essential.

In addition to a gross salary of € 3,200 per month, there are various allowances and benefits, including an allowance of € 20 per month, a material allowance of € 500 per two years, an additional € 350 for a car of the business and supplies. No cell phone reimbursement is provided.

  • You have relevant work experience;
  • You have an excellent command of the Dutch language;
  • You are customer-oriented and communicative, customer contacts give you energy;
  • You are proactive, analytical and always ready to turn problems into opportunities;
  • You are enterprising, self-organizing and want to get to know our software inside and out as quickly as possible;
  • Affinity with software & the world of accountancy is a plus;
  • You are a real team player;
  • You are in possession of a valid driver's license.
