As an administrative assistant for projects, you take care of all administrative tasks, from entering and checking work orders to preparing projects and supporting the project team. Without your accurate administrative support, projects will have difficulty getting off the ground. No day is the same!

Your tasks within this position are: 

  • Entering and checking work orders:
  • Preparing projects, including applying for permits and creating work instructions:
  • You support the project team with ad-hoc activities:
  • You make calculations and record agreements with customers/clients:

About the client

Our client specializes in installing temporary traffic facilities during road works, events and in the event of traffic emergencies. You will work in a team of dedicated professionals who strive for optimal traffic planning and flow, minimizing inconvenience for road users. 

As an administrative assistant for projects, you are part of a close-knit team in which everyone supports each other and there is room for personal growth, with a strong focus on teamwork and quality.

The working days are Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM.

  • A gross monthly salary between € 2,300 and € 3,000 per month (based on 40 hours), depending on experience;

What we ask of you:

  • MBO working and thinking level, preferably supplemented with relevant training;
  • Good command of the Dutch and/or English language, spoken and written;
  • Preference is given to candidates with experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and preferably experience with Exact EAC: 
  • You have an affinity with installation and technology;
  • You work accurately, can switch quickly and are customer-oriented.
