Collaborating foreman

Are you someone with strong leadership skills and do you have more than 4 years of experience, preferably within a production environment? If your competencies coincide with collaboration, craftsmanship, results orientation and responsibility, then this position could be perfect for you!

As a Production Team Leader you are responsible for managing a team of at least 4 colleagues on a daily basis (currently). You lead, guide and motivate employees to achieve the set goals. With your experience in the production process, you are well familiar with how things work. As an expert in production, you are the best person to think about improvements, and you are encouraged to come up with ideas yourself! You are also responsible for ensuring that everyone complies with the rules and respects safety. In addition to coordinating tasks, you also take responsibility for administrative tasks, which are an essential part of this position. Moreover, you also actively participate in the execution of operational tasks.

About the client

Our client operates in the production and trade of prefab concrete elements, so a passion for this sector is necessary. Working hours are Monday to Friday, during the day shift, from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

What we offer you:

• Salary between €2700 and €3300 gross based on 40 hours
• 8.33% holiday pay.
• 25 vacation days based on 40 hours.

What we ask of you:

• MBO working and thinking level and at least a completed VMBO education.
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the production environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, working methods of machines and being able to read drawings.
• You are in possession of a forklift certificate (or willing to obtain one).
• You are prepared to make an assessment (this is part of the selection procedure).
