About the client

With an ever-growing team, you as a Coordinator have the challenge every day to steer this in the right direction. The location where you will be working, with its 18,000 m2 warehouse (14,000 pallet spaces!), is the link for incoming and outgoing parts. Recently, production activities have also taken place at this location.

Your role is to guide and contribute to the improvement of these production lines that have been (and will be) moved from the factory to another location. You realize better than anyone what these kinds of changes can mean for a team and you know how to steer this in the right direction. In this  show your interest , coach  you, and also  clear communication  when needed. You are responsible for the operational supervision of production activities, guaranteeing the occupation now and in the future and managing a team of enthusiastic and experienced employees. As Coordinator Logistics you are also closely involved in various improvement processes. You work together with the Quality and Manufacturing Engineers.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you directly manage a growing team of 10 to 15 employees. You will also be part of a great team of Coordinators, where each Coordinator is responsible for their own line / department. You report to the Logistics Team Leader. The Logistics Manager is ultimately responsible for the total operation of the location and the more than 60 employees who work there every day.

What we ask of you:

• MBO + working and thinking level.
• You are tech savvy.
• Several years of work experience in a similar position.
• A proactive attitude in which you remain calm under pressure and can keep an overview.
