Production employee

Are you an enthusiastic and motivated production employee? Do you have an affinity with the baking profession or would you like to learn it? Then we have a challenging vacancy for you in a cozy bakery! As a production employee at the bakery, you play an important role in creating delicious, artisanal gingerbread. You work closely with an experienced team and support the production process, where you are responsible for (quality) controls and ensuring a clean working environment.
Work takes place from Monday to Friday, working hours are between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM. From August to December, work also takes place in the evenings. For this, you will receive an allowance on your wages after 6 p.m.

Activities:

• Assisting the dough preparer/baker
• Filling baking trays and oven carts
• Placing carts in the oven and scraping tubs
• Monitoring the baking process and carrying out quality checks
• Ensure an orderly and hygienic workplace

About the client

Our client is a renowned cookie bakery located in Dedemsvaart . They proudly specialize in the traditional baking of fresh daily breakfast cakes. As a family business, they have a close-knit team of 25 employees and supply products to retail and wholesale, both nationally and internationally. The feeling of going out together, at home together is very important here, work is completed together. Overtime does not happen often, but if it does happen, you will get time off in return.

What we offer you:

• Salary between €15.20 and €18.74
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer
• 36-hour working week, Monday to Friday, mainly in day shifts
