About the client

Do you want to be part of a small but vibrant team with a global reach? As a customer service employee you are the first point of contact for our customers. Your job is to ensure that orders and repairs run smoothly, from the moment they arrive until delivery. You help customers with questions about their orders and ensure that they always receive friendly and quick assistance.

What are you going to do?

  • Registering and placing new orders.
  • Checking the progress of current orders.
  • Maintaining contact with both customers and suppliers.
  • Ensure timely invoicing.
  • Handling telephone calls.
  • Maintaining contact with transport partners and external warehouse.

What we offer you:

  • A salary between €2500 and €3000 per month based on experience and a 40-hour working week;
  • Travel allowance from 10km;

  • View of a permanent contract within the company.

What we ask of you:

  • You are responsible, have no trouble with deadlines and can work accurately and independently;
  • You are available 32 to 40 hours a week; 
  • You master the Dutch and English language;
  • Living within a radius of a maximum of 40 kilometers around Putten .
