Sales Support Employee

In this position you will work intensively with the Sales team to ensure that customers are satisfied and that sales goals are achieved. You are the first point of contact for a Key Account, provide information, register customer data, provide support with quotations and perform various administrative tasks. You also ensure that complaints are handled correctly and you take actions to improve customer satisfaction.

What are you going to do?

• First point of contact for a Key Account, providing information
• Registering customer data and supporting quotations
• Carrying out administrative tasks, such as order processing and complaint handling
• Assisting in building shelves and preparing promotions or fairs

What we ask of you:

• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both oral and written
• Extensive knowledge of Office programs and administrative processes
• HBO or MBO + working and thinking level with several years of relevant work experience
