Woodworker

Are you passionate about woodworking and are you a true craftsman, or are you open to learning this trade? Then we are looking for you!

We are looking for an enthusiastic employee with an affinity for woodworking, who can work accurately and enjoys operating machines. The company produces wooden floors, where the machines must be precisely adjusted to create the desired patterns. After production, the parts are thoroughly checked for quality to prevent rejection. It is important to be careful when assessing product quality, after this check the product is prepared for shipment. This position offers a varied range of tasks, where you experience the entire process from start to finish. And upon entering you are welcomed by the wonderful smell of wood - a real treat!

The company has an informal working atmosphere in which they also pay attention to you as an individual and your potential for career opportunities. You will be thoroughly trained by experienced professionals and will receive plenty of support from the start. You will learn everything about different types of wood, how to accurately set machines and check the end product. Even if you have no experience yet, that's no problem! They guide you from the start in the appropriate department, so that you get to know the process well. From there there are various opportunities to further grow within our company.

The duties in this position include:

• Cutting wooden planks to size
• Sanding or updating wooden planks
• Checking the quality of the wood
• Laying specific patterns
• Organizing the warehouse and ensuring a clean working environment
• Preparing transport orders

About the client

You will work in a nice, informal company that makes wooden floors. Various patterns are produced in the factory, this is done in different departments. There is a department for machine sawing, wood sanding, pattern insertion, quality control and final transport to the customer. The team consists of approximately 15 employees and there is a pleasant working atmosphere. The team has a lot of professional knowledge that they also proudly pass on to new employees. This is to ensure the best possible training process.
