Become the face and soul of the office in Amsterdam ! As a receptionist, you not only offer a warm welcome to guests, but you also ensure flawless organization behind the scenes. What makes this role unique? You can combine your passion for service with your organizational talent, in a lively and appreciative working environment. Without you, the office simply won't run smoothly. As a receptionist you are the first point of contact and the calling card, with which you make an indelible first impression. You ensure an orderly working environment and provide optimal support to your colleagues. You can do this by:

  • Receive visitors hospitably and create a pleasant atmosphere.
  • Ensure efficient inventory management and cleanliness of the office.
  • Managing agendas and ensuring flawless communication.

About the client

This is one of the larger notary offices located in Amsterdam and Utrecht . Dusty and old-fashioned? Definitely not here! This is an office where both private individuals and entrepreneurs from SMEs to large national and internationally operating companies can go. The company consists of approximately 110 employees spread over Amsterdam and Utrecht . It is a young and dynamic company with 11 notaries. Every day you, together with an average of 1 colleague receptionist in Amsterdam and 3 colleagues in Utrecht , are responsible for speaking to visitors and arranging the ins and outs of the office. The tasks in the team are varied and accordingly you will sometimes switch between the branches in Utrecht and Amsterdam . 

What we offer you:

A part-time position of 16 hours per week, with a salary that matches your experience and knowledge. Count on:

  • A salary (based on 40 hours) between € 2,300 and € 3,290.
