You are responsible for ensuring that the care process runs smoothly, from administration to customer contact. Without you, there would be no clarity or quick help. How do you do that? By means of:

• Handle customer questions efficiently and empathetically.
• Accurately process documents in the patient file.
• Smart consideration of whether and which aid can be supplied.

In addition, you contribute to the constant improvement of services and processes.

What we offer you:

Based on a 40-hour working week you earn:

• You earn a salary between €2300 and €2600 based on age and experience.
• You will get a challenging job where your own input is appreciated.
• You are entitled to travel expenses and accrue 8.33% holiday pay.
• You will receive an agreement for 7 months with the prospect of takeover.

What we ask of you:

You take healthcare one step further with your organized approach and multitasking skills. Your drive and team spirit make you the ideal candidate. You also bring:

• You have MBO 4 working and thinking level.
• You have experience in a customer-facing role.
• You master the Dutch language in language and writing. 
• You are proactive and know how to tackle things.
