Green Management Cooperating Foreman

As a Cooperative Foreman you are the driving force behind green maintenance. From hoeing to pruning trees, you ensure that every detail is correct. 
You divide tasks, motivate your team of +/- 5 professionals and monitor the quality of our work. Through your expertise and leadership, we will together create a green oasis that everyone can enjoy.

What you do:

• Together with your team you work on green maintenance in various environments;
• You instruct, distribute tasks and supervise the work of your team members;
• With an eye for everyone's capabilities, you motivate your team and you are the point of contact for both them and the client;
• You monitor quality and ensure proper maintenance of materials and machines;
• You work on the development of your team in close consultation with the practice supervisor.

They are looking for a cooperating foreman for an assignment in city park Groningen , you can go directly to the location or first go to the business and go with your colleagues to Groningen .

• Knowledge of and experience in green maintenance;

• In possession of a driving license B and own transport.
