Assistant manager

At the gas station along the A58 we are looking for driven and independent Assistant Managers. You are not only involved in the well-being of your team members, but also in the overall team result. As a site manager you will be responsible for various tasks, including managing the new food environment, serving as a point of contact for customers and maintaining a clean working environment. The position includes shifts during the day, evening and sometimes night, where flexibility is appreciated and all options are negotiable.

What we offer you:

• You earn between €3,200 and €3,400 gross per month based on full-time employment.
• You will receive €0.23 net travel expenses per km. 
• 25 vacation days.
• 8.33% holiday pay.

What we ask of you:

As an Assistant Manager you are results-oriented and you also have the following:

• You are available 32 to 40 hours.
• You have your own transport.
• You have at least an MBO 4 level.
• You have several years of experience as a manager in the retail and/or food sector.
• You are willing to work different shifts.
