Foreman gardener

As a Green Foreman, you help plant trees, plants and shrubs, hoeing and weeding weeds, mowing and raking forest plants and removing litter. Yes, you read that correctly, the foreman simply cooperates, but you also keep an eye on the planning. You ensure that everyone can work comfortably and have the right materials. If something is wrong, the foreman solves it. The foreman is often also the driver. It is therefore important that as a foreman you have at least a driving license B and preferably also a BE. With a BE driving license you can drive with a trailer and that is very useful in landscaping! As a foreman, you always have a positive attitude and ensure that the working atmosphere is and remains top-notch.

About the client

We are looking for a Foreman for a national landscaping company with various branches throughout Nederland who enjoys varied work.
At this large company with an informal atmosphere, you are responsible for contact with the executor and/or project manager to ensure that the construction and maintenance are carried out properly. In addition, you keep track of the time administration and ensure that work is done safely on the work floor. There are short lines of communication within the company and safety has a high priority. That is why we ensure that you work with new personal protective equipment and well-maintained equipment.

What we offer you:

• You have the choice to work full-time or part-time;
• From day 1 you build up a pension, 25 vacation days and reservations; 
• You will receive a travel allowance of €0.22 per kilometer or your own work bus;
• You will receive a salary between €2,800 and €3,500 gross per month;
• You will receive an annual contract followed by a permanent appointment with the client;
• You will be given space for self-development through training and courses (at our expense); 
• You have a permanent contact person for fast communication;
• You will get a job with variety and many responsibilities.

What we ask of you:

• You have experience as a landscaper or gardener and are ready for the next step with more responsibilities or you have experience as a (cooperating) foreman;
• You are in possession of a BE driving license;
• You have VCA (VOL);
• You can lead a group of 5 to 10 people;
• You are decisive and strong in your shoes;
• You can switch well between different projects;
• You have a positive attitude!
